Privacy Policy

Your information will never be shared with outside or third party vendors.  Credit card information is not stored on this website and payments thru PayPal are handled thru PayPal's secure site.  Your privacy and security is a top priority and will not be compromised.

Our License Agreement (personal use only)

Panorama Plus Photography considers verbal authorization to photograph an individual or individuals a legal and binding contract.  All copyright to the images will be retained by Panorama Plus Photography unless released in writing.  No resale of any digital image or print of any image is allowed without prior written approval by Panorama Plus Photography.  Buyer agrees the use of prints and images are for personal use only. 

Commercial Use

Use of any image (print or digital) for commercial purposes must have prior written permission by Panorama Plus Photography.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your pictures, return them and we can schedule a retake or we will refund your money (minus non refundable items).  We want you to be completely happy with the final pictures.  Just let us know why you want to return them so we can be sure not to duplicate the problem.  We will gladly reschedule with you to get the pose you want or the lighting the way you like it.  If you just don't like the pictures, that's OK too...we'll refund your money.

Non Refundable Items

If you have requested a special location outside the 30 mile range, a refund will be given minus $0.45/mile (above 60 miles) to cover travel expenses.   

Digital images purchased from this website are non refundable.  If the image is corrupt or a CD is not recognized by a computer or other reading device, a replacement will be provided at no cost to the customer.

Refund Policy

If a refund is requested, return the item in new condition with a brief  explanation why you would like a refund.  Your request will be processed immediately and a refund will be issued per the appropriate method listed below.  Return shipping charges are refundable.

Credit Card - your card will be issued a credit. 

Cash - a cash refund will be issued. 

PayPal - you will receive a paypal refund (less PayPal fees)

Retakes

Credit towards a new shooting date will be given if you wish to have the pictures retaken.
