FAQs

I will try to answer some of the most common issues with the website here.  If you have questions please send them in.  Someone else might also have the same question and I can include it here for everyone's benefit.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return the print for a refund.  See the Policies page for more information.

Can I get a refund?

Absolutely, no questions asked.  See the Policies page for more information.

What is a collage?

A collage is a collection of images arranged on a predetermined sheet size, usually 8x10.  Other sizes are possible, it is important to keep in mind that too many images on a small collage (5x7 or less) make it difficult to see the detail.

How do I build a collage?

Many of the events have a collage option when you enter the specific gallery.  You will see an example of a collage as an item to select.  When you select a collage, you have the opportunity to select the pictures that will populate the collage.  As you select images, if you visit the cart before filling the collage, you will receive a message stating you have selected 3 of 5 images for example.  Take a look at the Collage Webpage to get an idea of what is possible.

What if the gallery of the event I participated in does not offer a collage?

No problem.  Just use the contact information on this site and we can arrange to build you a custom collage.

What type of printer do you use?

I use two types - an HP130 injet large format printer and a Sony UP-DR100 dye sublimation printer.  The HP130 produces stunning prints from postcard size to panoramas several feet long.  The dye sub printer is a commercial grade machine that produces glossy laminated prints for onsite printing.
