I will try to answer some of the most common issues with the website here.  If you have questions please send them in.  Someone else might also have the same question and I can include it here for everyone's benefit.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return the print for a refund.  See the Policies page for more information. 

Can I get a refund?

Yes, no questions asked.  See the Policies page for more information. 

Can I save Favorites from different Galleries?

Yes, simply register with a valid email address and a name.  This only needs to be done one time.  Photos will be saved in My Favorites on the site.  Just Log In at the gallery site when you return and click on My Favorites to view them.

Can I save a Shopping Cart and return to it later?

Yes, simply register with a valid email address and a name.  This only needs to be done one time.  Your Shopping Cart will be saved automatically and selected items will remain in the cart until you Check Out.  At the time of Check Out, you will need to complete your contact information for billing purposes.

What if I lose or forget my password?

No problem, at the Log In page, click on Forgot my password and a reminder will be sent to you.

Can I check on the status of my order?

Yes, you have three options available.  Log In and click on My Orders for the status, OR call Bill at 509.630.9766, OR email bill@panoramaplus.net with any questions.

What is a collage?

A collage is a collection of images arranged on a predetermined sheet size, from 8x10 to 20x30.  Other sizes are possible, it is important to keep in mind that too many images on a small collage (5x7 or less) make it difficult to see the detail.

How do I build a collage?

Many of the events have a collage option when you enter the specific gallery.  You will see an example of a collage as an item to select.  When you select a collage, you have the opportunity to select the pictures that will populate the collage.   Take a look at the Collage Webpage to get an idea of what is possible.

What if the gallery of the event I participated in does not offer a collage?

No problem.  Just use the contact information on this site and we can arrange to build you a custom collage.
